Gospel songs und african drums for three orphanages in africa

On October 18, 2008, in the context of the Intercultural Weeks our second tribute concert took place. Illustrated by texts and photographs about the situation of the children we support, the following groups performed:

Atterberry Mass Choir and Atterberry Angels from Atterberry Multicultural Church

Voices of Grace and

Amadu Seck and his percussionists.

John Obasogie and His Glory Gospel Bunch from Darmstadt.

Thanks to the “Ökumenisches Zentrum Christuskirche” and Reverend Dr. Ursula Schoen from the Parish of Christus Immanuel who put their church at our disposal, as well as to the parish council and the verger Mrs. Adalilar who supported the concert with great commitment!

Most of all we’d like to thank the audience who, despite small problems in the beginning, made the evening a great success for all, applauding, dancing and donating generously. We are looking forward to welcoming you again next year!
