Gospel concert 2015 - 1

Performing:

• Die Stimme Afrikas - The singers as well as the director, Freddy Luzolo, are from Cameroon. They will perform African songs in the Lingala and Zulu languages.
• Facko Traoré - has a PhD in History, comes from Mali and has lived in Frankfurt for a long time. Today, his traditional rhythms are meant to encourage people to return to the villages, in a time where Africa keeps losing its important witnesses of culture more than ever, despite the internet and globalization.
• Linda Freeman Thauer - Linda Freeman Thauer – is American and has lived in Germany for many years. The professional singer has grown up in a Christian family and praises god for having bestowed on her the gift of music.
